GravyBread Terms & Conditions
Last updated: November 2, 2026
Welcome to GravyBread. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GravyBread, including its website, applications, features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
GravyBread brings music fans, independent artists, and the wider music community together through music discovery, social interaction, artist profiles, personal music libraries, listening parties, events, and other music-related experiences.
The Service is operated by iProdigy Music Group, Inc., a Wyoming corporation domiciled in Pennsylvania. (“GravyBread,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. About GravyBread and beta participation
GravyBread is developing a social music platform designed to help people discover music, express their musical identity, connect with other fans, and build meaningful relationships between artists and audiences.
During beta, some features may be incomplete, change over time, or be temporarily unavailable. We may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the Service develops.
Some profiles, artists, scenes, and activities may be marked DEMO. These are sample data used for demonstration or testing and do not represent actual people, real-world activity, verified revenue, or platform traction. Please distinguish DEMO content from genuine user activity.
Beta participation does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent access to any feature, or any particular outcome for users or artists.
2. Eligibility and your account
General eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a general account or use GravyBread as a fan. By registering or using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. You may not use another person's information or misrepresent your age to access the Service.
Artists under 18
GravyBread recognizes that exceptional artists may begin developing their careers before turning 18. An artist under 18 may be represented on GravyBread through an account created and managed by the artist's parent or legal guardian, subject to applicable law and GravyBread's account requirements.
The parent or legal guardian must be at least 18, must create and manage the account, and is responsible for the account's activity and compliance with these Terms. The parent or legal guardian must have the authority to represent the artist and provide any required permissions or consents.
Any tips, payment arrangements, payout accounts, or other financial activity associated with an under-18 artist must be managed by the responsible parent or legal guardian, who must satisfy all applicable payment-provider eligibility, identity-verification, and payout requirements. GravyBread does not promise that a minor may directly receive or control payouts.
This exception does not permit a person under 18 to create or independently operate a general fan account. Additional safeguards or requirements may apply where required by law.
Account responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account and to keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Each adult should maintain one personal account. Pro Mode is part of a person's profile and does not, by itself, create a separate account or confer special permissions.
You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity or authority, or create accounts for deceptive or abusive purposes.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts in accordance with these Terms, including where necessary to protect users, enforce our policies, address fraud, or comply with law.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you create and submit to GravyBread, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.
By posting, uploading, or otherwise making content available through the Service, you grant GravyBread a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the Service and its features.
This license applies only to those purposes and does not transfer ownership of your content to GravyBread. The license ends when the content is removed or your account is deleted, except to the extent continued processing or retention is reasonably necessary for legitimate operational purposes, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, or backup systems.
You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, and legal authority necessary to share it and grant the license described above.
Do not post content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our Community Guidelines.
If you believe content on GravyBread infringes your copyright, or that your content was removed by mistake, see our Copyright & Takedown Requests page. We may suspend or terminate the accounts of members who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
4. Music, copyright, and external links
GravyBread is a social music platform, not a general-purpose music streaming or commercial music-hosting service.
You may share music-related information, artist and song metadata, artwork, commentary, authorized links, and other material where you have the necessary rights or permission.
You must not upload, distribute, or make available copyrighted commercial recordings or other protected material without the necessary authorization.
Personal music files added to your local library are intended for your own playback through supported features. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of those files is lawful. GravyBread does not grant you additional rights to music you own, purchase, download, or access elsewhere.
Where GravyBread provides links to third-party music services, artist websites, merchandise stores, ticketing providers, or other external destinations, those services are operated by third parties and are subject to their own terms and policies.
GravyBread does not control external websites, their availability, their content, or transactions conducted through them.
5. Music discovery, profiles, and community features
GravyBread may provide features including MUSIC DNA, artist profiles, follows, favorites, influences, posts, messages, scenes, shows, BlowUPs, listening parties, playlists, notifications, and music-sharing tools.
Features may evolve during beta. Availability may differ by account type or stage of development.
You are responsible for your interactions with other users. You should not assume that a user's identity, claims, artist status, or activity has been independently verified unless the Service explicitly indicates verification.
You may not use community features to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, spam, defraud, or otherwise harm other users.
You may not manipulate engagement, fabricate activity, exploit bugs, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
6. Independent artists and artist profiles
Artists may use GravyBread to present their work, connect with fans, share authorized music links, promote releases, provide official destinations for music and merchandise, collect fan email opt-ins where available, and use other artist features.
You must have the necessary authority to manage an artist profile or represent an artist, band, business, or other rights holder.
Artist profiles, claims, and verification features do not automatically establish ownership of intellectual property or guarantee that an individual has authority to act for an artist.
Artists are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, links, promotional statements, and business information.
GravyBread does not guarantee audience growth, engagement, revenue, playlist activity, ticket sales, industry introductions, record deals, publishing opportunities, sync placements, or other career outcomes.
7. Artist email collection and consent
Where GravyBread provides artist email collection, fans must be informed about the purpose of the collection and provide the required consent before their email address is shared for that purpose.
Following an artist on GravyBread and subscribing to that artist's email updates are separate actions. Following an artist does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive email communications.
An opt-in to receive communications from an individual artist is distinct from consent to receive marketing communications from GravyBread.
Artists may use collected email addresses only for the purposes disclosed when consent was obtained and must honor applicable unsubscribe requests and legal obligations.
Fans may withdraw their consent to artist email communications through the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the artist's emails or through any applicable preference-management feature.
Artists are responsible for their own use of subscriber information and for complying with applicable privacy and marketing laws.
GravyBread's collection and processing of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Artist tips and payment terms
GravyBread may offer a tip feature that allows fans to provide financial support to eligible independent artists.
Beta tip allocation
For tips processed under the initial beta arrangement:
- 80% of each successful tip is allocated to the artist.
- 20% of each successful tip is allocated to GravyBread.
- Applicable payment processing fees are borne by GravyBread and paid from GravyBread's 20% share. They are not deducted from the artist's allocation.
The 80% / 20% allocation is calculated from the tip amount. Processing fees do not reduce the artist's 80% allocation.
For example, on a $100 tip, $80 is allocated to the artist and $20 to GravyBread, and GravyBread pays any applicable processing fees from its $20.
Actual processing fees depend on the applicable payment provider, payment method, transaction, and other relevant circumstances.
Artist Tip Payments
Artists receive 80% of each successful tip, and GravyBread retains 20%. GravyBread covers payment-processing fees from its own 20% share; those fees are not deducted from the artist's 80% allocation.
Payout safeguards retain the full tip on GravyBread's Stripe platform balance before artist transfers. The artist's initial 70% of the original tip becomes eligible for individual administrator review and release after at least 14 calendar days from verified successful payment. The remaining 10% of the original tip is retained as a reserve for at least 120 calendar days from the same timestamp before becoming eligible for individual review and release. Neither tranche transfers automatically. Disputes, unresolved payment issues, and verification requirements may delay or reduce payouts. Eligibility is not a promise of release on Day 14 or Day 120.
Transfers to the artist's eligible Stripe Express account are separate from Stripe's subsequent payouts to a linked bank account. Held funds are not withdrawable by the artist. Stripe controls bank payout timing and requirements; a transfer does not confirm bank receipt.
Tips, transfers, refunds, and disputes are subject to applicable payment-provider requirements and GravyBread's policies.
Payment processing and eligibility
Tips are subject to the applicable payment provider's terms, identity verification requirements, account eligibility requirements, and payout procedures.
Artists must complete any required onboarding and verification before receiving payouts. GravyBread does not guarantee that every payment will be successful or that funds will be available at a particular time.
You must not use tips to facilitate fraud, money laundering, unauthorized transactions, or other unlawful activity.
Refunds, disputes, and reversals
Tip finality and refund exceptions
Tips are voluntary payments made to support artists. All tips are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where a payment was unauthorized, duplicated, or processed in error. Fans must actively acknowledge the applicable policy before submitting a tip. This policy does not eliminate applicable cardholder dispute rights.
GravyBread reviews reported payment errors and disputes, verifies payment-provider records and processes legally required or otherwise applicable exceptions through the payment provider. Contact GravyBread through the Contact page to report an unauthorized, duplicate or erroneous payment. Payment reversals and chargebacks may freeze or reduce unpaid artist allocations and reserves. GravyBread may attempt reversal of an original artist transfer where permitted, but recovery is not guaranteed and funds already paid to a bank may not be recoverable.
Payments may be subject to refunds, chargebacks, disputes, reversals, or other adjustments under applicable law and the payment provider's rules.
Where a payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed, the corresponding artist allocation and related amounts may be adjusted as permitted by the applicable payment arrangements and law.
We may restrict tipping or payouts when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, comply with legal requirements, protect users, or address payment-provider requirements.
The payout schedule depends on the actual payment and payout arrangements. Any additional material payment conditions will be disclosed when applicable.
9. Prohibited conduct
You may not use GravyBread to:
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or target other users with hateful or abusive conduct.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation, authority, or identity.
- Publish unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or rights-infringing material.
- Upload or distribute music or other material without the necessary rights.
- Send spam, conduct scams, manipulate engagement, or misuse artist email lists.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or administrative functions.
- Interfere with the Service, circumvent security controls, or exploit technical vulnerabilities.
- Use the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
You must also comply with the GravyBread Community Guidelines and any additional policies that apply to your use of particular features.
Prohibited content and monetization
You may not post, share, link to, or monetize (including through tips) any of the following:
- Adult content and services: content that contains nudity or explicit sexual acts, including subscriber-only nude images and adult audio/video live chat.
- Content that infringes intellectual property or proprietary rights.
- Copyright-infringing content, including leaked music albums or unreleased recordings shared without permission.
- Violent extremism: content that engages in, encourages, promotes, or celebrates unlawful violence or hate speech toward any group based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other immutable characteristic.
GravyBread may remove such content, disable tips, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section. Repeat violators will have their accounts terminated.
10. Reporting, moderation, and enforcement
GravyBread provides or may provide tools to report content and profiles and to block or mute users.
We may investigate reports, remove or restrict content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access where we consider it reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, maintain the integrity of the Service, or comply with applicable law.
We may take action against suspected fraud, impersonation, copyright infringement, harassment, manipulation, or abuse.
We do not guarantee that every reported issue will result in removal or that every harmful interaction can be prevented. Users should exercise appropriate care when interacting with others online.
11. Privacy and personal information
Our Privacy Policy explains how GravyBread collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information, as well as the choices and rights available to users.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that your personal information will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law.
You should review the Privacy Policy to understand which profile information may be visible to other users, how MUSIC DNA information is used, how artist email opt-ins work, and how account and activity data are processed.
12. Advertising and third-party services
GravyBread may introduce advertising or additional third-party services in the future.
Any advertising or third-party features introduced will be subject to the applicable disclosures and policies. The presence of a future advertising framework does not mean that advertising is currently active.
Third-party services, including authentication providers, payment processors, music services, and external websites, may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, and requirements. You are responsible for reviewing the terms that apply to your use of those services.
13. Service availability and changes
GravyBread is continuously developing the Service. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features, content, or portions of the Service.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or preservation of every feature or item of content.
We may perform maintenance, investigate security issues, or restrict access when reasonably necessary to operate and protect the Service.
14. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
GravyBread does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of user-submitted information, the conduct of other users, the performance of third-party services, or particular outcomes from using the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GravyBread will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from or related to your use of the Service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GravyBread's total liability arising from or related to the Service will be limited to the amount, if any, you paid directly to GravyBread for the relevant Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not exclude liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
16. Suspension and termination
You may stop using GravyBread at any time and may request account deletion through the available account controls or by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms, create a risk to users or the Service, engage in fraud or unlawful conduct, or where suspension or termination is otherwise reasonably necessary.
Account termination does not automatically eliminate obligations or liabilities that arose before termination. Certain records may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, payment reconciliation, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.
17. Governing law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, subject to any consumer protections or other requirements that applicable law does not permit us to waive.
Any applicable venue or dispute-resolution provisions will be specified in the final Terms following legal review.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as GravyBread evolves, including when new features or payment arrangements are introduced.
We will update the “Last updated” date when the Terms change. Where required by law, or where a change is material, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain any additional consent required.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the affected Service.
